Barça have scored 150 goals this season

Barça are only two goals away from equalling the number of goals they scored last season and eight away from the most amount of goals scored in a single season under Guardiola

Messi, with 54 goals, is the team’s top scorer. The Argentine has managed to score in every competition that Guardiola’s team have played in

From 100 to 150 in 18 matches

On January 9th of this year, Cesc Fàbregas scored FC Barcelona’s 100th goal of the season. It was in the Catalan derby at Cornellà-El Prat. Barça reached the 150-goal mark 18 matches after the game against Espanyol - 11 in the League, 5 in the King’s Cup and 2 in the Champions League.
Even though there are two months left in the season, Guardiola’s Barça is very close to breaking all of the scoring records since the manager took charge of the Barça bench. This Tuesday, with the five goals against Granada, the team reached the 150 goals scored mark in official matches this season. The player to score the team’s latest goal, of course, was Leo Messi. The Argentine’s hat-trick capped off a great night that allowed Messi to break César’s record.

Guardiola, record breaking pace

The team is very close to breaking their own goalscoring record under Pep Guardiola’s management. In fact, they are only two goals away from equalling the number of goals they scored last season (152), and they are within reach of the 158 goal mark the at the team set in Guardioal’s first year; the most amount of goals scored in a season for Guardiola as manager. To beat their own record, Barça have, at the very least, 13 games to play - 10 in the Liga, the King’s Cup final, and the Champions League quarter-finals.
